Notification of child on roll (form 15)

This form is completed for all new starters at none standard transition points. Schools must enter pupils on the admission register at the beginning of the first day on which the school has agreed, or been notified, that the pupil will attend the school. The form should be completed within 5 days of the pupil being placed on roll. This is in line with CME Guidelines 2016
